Delivery
We ship tracked across the UK, EU and EEA. Times and costs are confirmed at checkout.
Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being received. You receive a confirmation email with your order reference, and tracking details once the parcel is collected.
Delivery times. United Kingdom: 2–4 working days. European Union and EEA: 4–8 working days. Remote areas and customs checks can add a few days.
Carriers and tracking. We ship with Royal Mail, Evri and comparable tracked services. Live tracking status and a carrier link are shown on your order page.
Costs. Delivery is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout in your selected currency, and is free above the order threshold displayed in your bag. Service packages carry no delivery charge.
Duties and taxes. UK and EU orders are shipped with taxes calculated at checkout. Where a destination outside these areas applies import duties, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Problems. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, email info@xav0.com with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier.
