Terms and conditions
These terms cover orders placed through the Xav0 store and engagements with Xav0 Group Ltd.
Service packages
- Services are delivered to the written scope agreed at purchase. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.
- Turnaround times start from when we receive your completed intake form, not from the order date.
- Monthly packages run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
- Once work on a service package has started it is non-refundable. Work that has not yet started is refunded in full.
- Statutory consumer cancellation rights apply to services bought online. By asking us to start work within the cancellation period, you agree that work may begin before that period ends.
Service fees are billed separately from goods, and delivery charges do not apply to services.
